Reached out for tax services, met with John in person at his office, great meeting, but absolutely no follow up. After numerous times of reaching out, found another tax service. Would not recommend

I tried using Mr. John Charles Roe, CPA for his help and recommendations for my tax return. In the early part of 2018, I called him to see if he could help on a refund of 5,033 dollars that I was supposed to get back in 2015.I explained my situation to John Charles Roe and he sounded very pleasant and confident that he could handle my problem.
