Simple online scheduling. Nice people. Have used many times
They rented us a dart gun for a 2 cows that got out. When we snuck in for the perfect shot and the gun failed to fire 3 times. We caught one of them, but still haven't found the other. Now we're down $2500 for the cow plus the $177 they charged us for the gun and darts. Not only did he refuse to refund the rental, but he acted like we were stupid. The other vet told us when we picked it up that sometimes it doesn't fire right, I guess he meant to say "most of the time, it doesn't fire right"
Gave us a dart gun that wouldn’t shoot 5 yards and it took a hour to beat the cartridge out of the gun to be able to replace it so we didn’t even get to use it for what we rented it for.
