They did a great job on my BMW, so fast with great communication, looks like new. Enjoyed communicating with their staff
Do not go here. They work for the insurance companies interest not yours. They will not advocate for you and will make life more difficult even if it is not at fault claim where you got rammed at a stoplight. Had a mechanic tell me they weren't even going to pursue an issue for a not at fault loss where state farm was liable because state farm "wouldn't cover it anyway." State farm called them and they said "well if they (is the customer) wante to pay to have us look at and work on it again we can do diagnostics." Mind you t... read more
I’m extremely happy with my experience at Carstar Roe Body Shop. They understood the issue with my suv when the dealership didn’t believe me. They fixed the problem and the price was very reasonable. The employees are excellent to work with too. I’m so glad I took my suv to this body shop.
