We were on vacation, passing through on a 2 week trip to the Grand Canyon in a BRAND NEW f150….it had computer problems and the FORD DEALERSHIP WOULDN’T EVEN GLANCE AT IT FOR 3 DAYS. Rod dropped what he was doing, plugged in his computer, and spent an hour diagnosing the problem and providing enough solution that we could proceed with our vacation (POS had to spend a week at Ford when we got home).
