I had an excellent experience with Rod getting a seat cover replaced. He’s a one man operation but he always answered the phone and was always courteous. He gave me very sensible advice, even telling me at one point I should do things differently than what we originally planned even though this meant made less money. Finally, he did the work really well, got it done the same day, and charged a very reasonable price.
