FANTASTIC customer service, very personable staff, very easy to work with!! I’m really not sure why ANYONE in this area would go to Lowe’s or HD or any of the other corporate companies for their appliances. By FAR the best company to deal with on purchases or repairs in town. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Rods if you’re looking!
Very pleased with my purchase. Everyone was helpful in the store smooth clean professional place. Even the guy who loaded my truck with my Washing machine was on point. Stocked inventory service was fast Rod's Appliances Superstore has my business.
The employee's were friendly and extremely attentive to my needs. They didn't just try to sell me the most expensive product on the floor. The products are also higher quality than chain stores. Not to mention, they offer interest free financing which was simple to apply for.
Amazing selection of in stock items and very knowledgeable sales staff. Top it off with an in house service team and it’s a no brainer to do business here!
