My Minn Kota Ulterra would not stow or trim brought my trolling motor into the shop and had it fixed and back on the water in 2 days! A great’s experience getting it fixed

I wasn't sure if I was going to post this review but I decided I would so you can make your own decision to get work done here. I went in to buy a part for my trolling motor after it stopped working correctly. I met with the new owner (not rod, he purchased this business from him) and he told me Minn Kota would warranty the work. I left my trolling motor there. He called me and said it was ready in about 2 weeks and I went to get it. I asked him about getting ipilot installed on the motor and he told me I would need a whole ... read more

A bit overdue - we run multiple charter boats with Minn Kota trolling motors so as one can imagine we are always looking for a reliable and great service company. Capt Mark Krozi referred us to Kevin at Rods Performance and they were great. Fixed two TMs within 2 days and got us back on the water in no time. Thanks again to Kevin and his team for great service and a fair price.

Great experience. They fixed my trolling motor within 24 hours and they submitted for warranty with Minn Kota, I had zero out of pocket expense. Fair labor if your needs are not covered under warranty. The owner took the time to explain some maintenance points and gave me some tips. Will definitely go again.
