I bought/shipped a Porsche Turbo from a dealer in ********. When it arrived the air-con blew hot. After reading stellar reviews I took it to Rod's Japanese Auto Care @ **** Guide in ********** **. They proposed to diagnose and fix the problem; it was obvious the system was low on refrigerant. I wanted to know if air-con was simple recharge or significant as dealer should repair in that case. Money for nothing – I brought in my vehicle, indicating the A/C would work when I started it, but then quit. Rod apparently is experienced and knowledgable, but I don't think he does the work anymore, just management. And he has trained his daughter, who takes the payments, to speak well with the mechanical jargon; I am sure this engenders trust among the women clients.
