Excellent experience. I had a very strong odour from spilled milk in the back of my car. I tried my best to remove it but no such luck. Rod and his team worked wonders to remove the odour and I am very grateful. My first experience was a couple of months ago when I had a scratch on the side of my car and Rod got it out with a chemical at no charge.
