Had a booking with the team. Spoke to the office manager about whether there is an earlier appointment available. So bloody rude, short sharp and totally inappropriate. I called back to make sure she was OK, and explained the interaction wasn't good. Zero care or concern. I cancelled my booking and I'll be finding a new auto sparkie. Terrible service

Went in (no appointment) with a blown driver side headlight. Was replaced in around 15mins and wasn't expensive. Staff were very friendly.
