We had an extremely challenging project, with multiple unforeseen issues arising (including a truck accident, and frustrating subcontractors). Throughout the process, Rodrozen were responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. We love our new kitchen, and we think the team at Rodrozen did a fantastic job. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
Our strata council engaged Rodrozen Design and Build to create a conceptual plan to revitalize the strata’s common areas including lobbies, hallways, mailroom, elevators and amenity rooms. We found them to be professional, understanding of our needs, solution-oriented, timely with deadlines and understanding of the restrictions and competing priorities of a strata development. While we have yet to go further than the initial plan, we would highly recommend the company for the work they have done so far.
This is a team of professionals who will help you in the best shape not only to make any renovation but also to settle many issues. Always in touch and it was very pleasant to work with the guys. Thank you very much for your work and responsiveness. I highly, highly recommend!!!
After living in my 20-year-old condo unit for several years, it was time for a change. I canvassed a few design companies but it was Derick and the Rodrozen team who really stood out. They listened and understood what I wanted and liked, and offered great designs in our initial meeting.
