We built our home in a Rodrock development in July 2025 with the understanding that we were purchasing in a custom luxury community, based on the company’s marketing materials, website, and conversations with the sales team. Within a few months of moving in, Rodrock sold the remaining 12 lots in the neighborhood to another builder whose homes are significantly smaller and, based on publicly available pricing, appear to be offered at a much lower price point than the existing homes in the community. We viewed a lot of different communities and finally landed on Sundance Ridge, a Rodrock development. We met Bob, and he answered our questions and really worked with us. Something personal came up that interrupted the build process, but Bob was very professional and supportive throughout the collaboration.
