I was at Saint Joseph’s hospital a few days ago due to a possible TIA. I had every test done and the last one was an EEG. I have been trying to get my results on the EEG from Dr. Rodriguez’s office for 4 days now and the refuse to return my call (even won’t respond to my primary care physician). Get out of practice if you hate what you do! I will be filing a complaint with the OIG and AHCA! Also will report this to the hospital and my insurance company! Dr. Rodriguez was extremely busy, but took the time to go over everything with me. I was very impressed with the options and possible recommendations he offered. He seemed to really care for his patients. I like that!!!

Do not waste your time! I drove over an hour, he was 45 mins late getting to the office & then spent an hour w/me only to say “you’re too complicated, go back to your old Dr”...the same Dr I just told him didn’t do anything for me. Then he proceeds to tell me I don’t have a condition I’ve had for 6 years. I was diagnosed at Duke in NC by the top Dr in the country for this condition, I think I’ll take her word & testing over a guy who did a 30 second exam. HORRIBLE OFFICE! Office staff is extremely rude and condescending! I would not go back if it was the last neurologist in Florida!!!
His office has canceled my relative's new patient appt 4 times! The last one was canceled while we were drving to the appt ..no prior notice tul that morning! He should close his Sat. Clinic if he needs or wants the time off. ..
Took almost 2 months to get 1st appt. Took 10 minutes with me to get to know me. Ordered more blood work and set 2nd appt for 6 weeks later. At second appt I waited 75 minutes before telling the receptionist I couldn't wait any longer and would eed to reschedule. They offered me a new appt in 7 weeks. I'm going to find a doctor who will see patients in a reasonable time period.
