El doctor es buena persona nada mas que las muchachas de la recepción a veces son bien groseras cuando llamas preguntarles algo hay una señora mayor bien repugnante sin ningún sentido d servicio al cliente le hablas en español alas que contestan el teléfono son pocos amigables como que se molestan las muchachas no se la muchacha que da la recetas te ayudan lo malo que no agarran tarjetas de crédito a veces si se tardan mucho en atenderte no hay mucho parking tampoco y la sala d espera es algo pequeña a veces no huele bien el... read more
Es un buen specialista, desde que me remitieron a él, me siento mejor pues veo que se preocupa por los pacientes
Apparently the phone shares with a emergency line for the doctor and at the peak hour of the day the person answering the phone for even something as simple as a fax is a hour 30 minutes coming back in from lunch everytime you call emergency they tell you just call back in a couple minutes the document I needed faxed over they told me was faxed over and they apparently sent it over 4 times and told me it was received but 5 hours later no results and I missed my appointment
Dr Rodriguez was very nice and listen to everything I said my symptoms and also took his time to go over a diet plan with me. All the girls in office were very polite I will continue to go with him!
