Yesterday I was walking down Mamaroneck Avenue and realized my watch had stopped working due to the battery. I kept walking, and luckily, there was a jewelry store on the next block. I wasn't sure I could get into the beautiful shop just to change the battery. I took the opportunity and went in. 07/18/2025 I've purchased things in the store and had jewelry repaired many times in the past. Today was the worst experience I have ever encountered! I came in to have a piece of jewelry repaired. The man was so rude ,he stayed in the back told me I had to wait 3 minutes so that he could finish eating , and insisted I wait and refused to come out and serve me.
