Been trying to take appointments for my daughter for the past 5 days first time I call day said on the system apiers few plans and 2 are not active need to call this number to be removed from system my daughter was calling an nothing no answer call office again toake sure number is correct ok my daughter call got the refer number call again to make the appointment now is a different excuse oh she need a primary doctor on the card to make the appointment ok what the hell this place suck need to be more organized
Fui aqui aun chequeo anual, este sitio fueron tan descortez, poco profesionales que me hiceron esperar 45, luego me mandaron al cuarto a cambiar, despues de una hora viene la senorita nuevamente a preguntarme que cuando fue la ultima viista a mi ginecologo anterior, le dije que hacian dos anos, pero no recordaba el dia. Me contesto que si no sabia el dia exacto la doctora no me podia ver, se retiro de la puerta y me quede pensando, que si sera mi edad, mi color, mi raza o que no les agrado de mi que no me atendieron.
