Wife came in as new patient with ALL her insurance info. SHE WAS REFUSED SERVICE BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE ACTUAL INSURANCE CARD WITH HER!!!!@@ I called. Lady put me on hold to check with receptionist. Came back to say it is policy new patients have to have their ACTUAL INSURANCE CARD WITH THEM!!!! Why? That way they can call the same # my wife was providing and verify ALL the info she had about ID#s and EDI#s she had???? What a top notch organization!!!!

I called this morning to inquire about coming into the office as a walk in.whoever the staff member was that took my phone call how to tone in her voice as if my phone call was some kind of an inconvenience. I asked when I could come in as a walk in, to which she told me that walk ins are at 1 p.m.. I was very friendly with her despite the tone in her voice, and I asked her if she needed my name.
