I'm very disappointed by the way the receptionist treated me and will be looking for another provider because she can't seem to act in a professional manner. I suggest that the office manager have a stern talk with her and retrain her on how to treat patients respectfully or just find another profession. I will also be submitting a grievance with the insurance company about her conduct in hopes that this will make a difference bc I refuse to be treated with such disrespect.
Seems genuinely concerned for my Health and overall well-being, staff as well. Answered all my questions. I feel confident I’m in good hands
