You can't even get past their phone system. No matter what you press, it says "incorrect entry" and eventually hangs up on you. There's no way to speak to a human being.
I used Carlos F. Rodriguez as primary care for a number of years -- he was always 1.5 to 2.0 hours late for every appointment and never even apologized once. He is very arrogant somewhat of a recluse and hides in his office with the door closed most of the time with 2-3 patients waiting in the hall outside his office -- even when no patients are in the actual exam rooms --- he come 2 hours late with his laptop in hand and spends a maximum of 5-10 minutes and then retreats to his office and you have to wait in a closed door e... read more
