Disgusting Attitude I had a very frustrating experience during my visit. I waited for 30 minutes, simply trying to get a copy of my taxes, but I was constantly given the runaround. When a rude woman finally approached me, she was on the phone and spoke to me while I was trying to hear her over my own call. I informed her that I was on the phone, but she dismissively replied, "Same for me, ma'am," and walked away.
