Every number i call is either rude or cant pull up my policy. Why is that? I dont know but with out a policy i cant prove i have insurance hints why i feel like they ripped me off. Sadly i didnt find this out till we needed it and i feel like i wasted money month after month. even on the website i cant pull up my policy even with the policy number.....can someone please help me figure this out
