I met Dr Marino a few years back when I broke my wrist and needed surgery. During follow up appts I talked to him about the Psoriatic Arthritis damaging my finger joints making them difficult to use and very painful. He talked to me about solutions to these problems along with trigger finger injections and/or fixing those triggers also. Recently we talked about doing finger joint replacements.
