I really like Dr Rodrigo Crespo he’s a wonderful person and Dr the only thing is the people that are in the front they never answer the phones yu have to wait like half hr or more and sometimes they don’t even answer but I’m very happy with my Dr. he’s wonderful
Great Doctor. Horrible staff. They just cost me $600 in an annual reimbursement because of a made up rule within "their policy" that demanded that I do blood work to complete an annual physical. My company does not require blood work to be done; it is optional. I have been going to Dr. Crespo for 3 years now, and this is the 1st time this requirement by the staff has been demanded. The staff refused to treat me and complete my physical until blood work was completed.
The doctor is fine but the admin staff is really terrible. They never do what they say they will do. Referrals are never done correctly or are just never made. I’m worried about my mother’s safety at this point, as she’s not getting the care she needs in a timely manner. They are borderline negligent. She will be changing offices. Cannot recommend for anyone who may need to be referred to specialized care.
Has been taking care of my Mom for over 6 years and my mom loved him! Good bedside manners, great communication and always helped with letters and forms when needed. Definitely recommend when looking for a PCP.
