Dr Castillo is so nice, professional, and trustworthy. He does all knows to do to diagnose the problem and reveals the treatments necessary.
If I could I would give him negative stars.The day of my visit,I was in a lot of pain and he was very unprofessional.He asked my husband and me how we had met, that my husband was in good shape, and other things that had nothing to do with my health.My health condition was secondary to this type of gossipy conversation.His treatment as a doctor was unpleasant.I would not recommend him to anyone.If you go to him you will be paying for talking about your personal life.
Needed a antibiotic prescription that worked for me in the past refilled on a Sunday. He was Mercy's 'on call' doctor and the prescription was previously filled by a Mercy doctor. I feel as if he used my condition as a leverage for an emergency visit when it wasn't required. Told me to come in or go some place else! Total lack of customer care and I (read used to be) am a long time Mercy customer.
