OMG. Just the worst service I have experienced.
Steven is an outstanding jeweller, it is an impressive skill to take a vague concept from a customer and turn it into a masterpiece while providing expert direction to ensure the highest quality and standards. To top it off, Steven and Lorena are also lovely people.
On site jellewry repairs. Quality repairs & craftsmanship. I'm not saying they are cheap..but their work is guaranteed . They also design/redesign & make individual pieces if u r in the market..friendly & professional staff..I spoke with Antoinnetta..2nd level near Apple store..
I have spent quite a lot getting a very sentimental piece fixed. The ladies who work here are all just delightful..helpful, professional and so caring. Sadly the same cannot be said for the male, whom I assume is the jeweller. Very disappointing.
