The "Madre" that was in the store got me together.. Showed me options and proper Cowboy hat etiquette on how to leave it upside to keep its shape...
From when you walk in the door you get the absolute best customer service. They help you find what you want not just try to sell you what they want like the big chain stores. They have the best selection of boots around and clothes. Absolutely recommend this place 10 out of 10. They also carry a great line of work boots if you don’t need something to go out.
Came in to check out the store with a couple of friends and found one of the best western stores I’ve ever stepped into… Great quality boots and clothing and they do custom Hat shaping in store. Truly awesome experience I will definitely be stopping back in when ever I’m back in the city!!!!!!
