One star for working with Brian Peoples and Trail Now, the pathetic attempt to delay the Coastal Rail Trail. The rail corridor is for trains, the trail is a derived benefit and the county plan offers a superior design soon and at lower cost than this last minute scam to take away a transit option from people of all types, cyclists, workers, everyone.
