After being with this Drs office for around 10 years I called to schedule an appointment for a refill of my stomach medicine. This was also the third tine i called since they were not responding to the pharnacy calls. Once I was able to get in contact with them, I was able to schedule an appointment to come in the following week. EXTREMELY RUDE….I tried to call and they said they were on break which is fine I called 2hrs later and and the receptionist was extremely rude not only did she speak to me with No respect she hung up several times the experience all together was just nasty and disrespectful GET BETTER RECEPTIONIST!!!
Love this practice and Dr. McDonald. I have been coming here since before Covid, but was very impressed with the way they were able to continue serving my family while keeping us safe ❤ With the implementation of Tele Med services keeping up with our regular medications and wellness needs is simpler than ever
