The staff is unprofessional and never pick up the phone or want you to hold forever. But they will get your referrals through. The doctor is the savior here in my honest opinion. You will most likely NOT see Dr. Tabila directly and will deal with his NP.
I went for a tb test and the employees were really nice didn’t have to wait too long. Love their customer service(;
