Very unprofessional front office experience. I accompanied my grandfather to an appointment and observed a front desk employee placing phone calls on speaker where everyone in the waiting room could hear the conversations. Information that appeared to be patient-related was being discussed openly, which raised serious concerns about privacy and confidentiality.
