Too long the wait for the attention of the doctor, mostly all the time 1 hour, it should be better scheduled the appointments.
The doctors are great, but the receptionist that never wants to give her name to anyone is the most rude and unprofessional person. I happened to come across her name which is Emma. Emma is always nasty when you come into the office she leaves you waiting for a while forgetting people are waiting to be seen or heard.
terrible office. if i could leave 0 stars I would. this office is by far the worst. they do not care about their patients. no direct line, you are forced to leave a voicemail and wait until the rude receptionists call you back. none of them should work in healthcare. waited a month to speak to the doctor and it was a 30 second phone call where she didn’t explain anything and only spoke in doctor jargon. phone was rushed. unprofessional. you’d be better off going anywhere else.
