Both my husband and I no longer use this facility. It has been questionable with the amount of same types but different named medication prescribed for same issue to a point of a warning from our pharmacist as well as mail order refusing to fill. Instead of changing prescriptions others of the same type were added to go with what was already prescribed. Then I was ask for a referral by my mammography provider. I even took the paperwork on my next visit and handed it to the doctor because of it's importance. Six months prior.... read more
Horrible customer service! My appointment was made then I got a call right before saying they needed to reschedule. I show up on the new date only to be told I didn’t have an appointment & that I’d been a “no show” for the previously rescheduled appointment. I let it slide, everyone has bad days. But the staff is extremely unprofessional in their conversations & good luck trying to get them on the phone for ANY reason.
