A week ago I called for a referral. Today I went in person. They hadn't done it, the secretarial appointment staff are inefficient, I don't think they know what they are there for. The woman didn't know what she was doing. A shame, before there was a Latina girl. Super good people, now there is no one effective. I will have to change doctors. Because of a referral they tell me to wait 14 days.
Dr. Canizales IS one of the best Dr’s I’ve ever had! He always thoroughly explains everything in terms that you can understand. He takes his time with you and makes sure you are well taken care of. I recommend him to anyone and everyone.
The people that work in this office are awesome! From the front desk girls, to the MAs and even the office manager, they all make sure their patients are well taken care of. Dr. Canizales is a great physician. Always kind, attentive and knowledgeable during appointments. I would definitely recommend him and his practice to anyone in the area!
