Rodney installed my Trane heat pump 6 years ago and has been providing excellent maintenance ever since. He is well qualified, ethical, prompt, professional, and when you become a customer, he looks after you. He will come when it's 100 degrees, when it is snowing, on a holiday. If you have a problem you can rest easy that he will take care of it.
I would NOT recommend Rodney's Heating & AC. In the 5 years following the installation of 2 AC units, I had to make at least 7 service calls for repair. Rodney would usually just put in more coolant & tell me it was fixed. Then, a few months or weeks later, same problem. Over 5 years, Rodney had to repair a few nicks in the lines & replace the coil in one unit. A few weeks after the 5 year mark, the 2nd unit's coil went bad.
