From the time I called to set up services with Rodney to when Matt came to our home, everything was outstanding. Great customer service all around, and the results we got with Matt’s superb skills couldn’t have been better. Matt was prompt and professional, very happy with how fresh and clean our carpets are. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used Rodney’s services for our home, and we have been so pleased both times. I called asking for a pet treatment and deep clean, and they were able to make an appt the very next day! Super convenient and accommodating! Our technician Matt was so kind and helpful and took excellent care of our home. He was great with our kiddos and pup, and made sure that all of my questions were answered! Would recommend Matt and this company to anyone in need of a deep clean/refresh! Thanks again!

I hired this carpet cleaning company to address pet urine stains and odors in a couple of rooms. Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. While the carpets looked slightly cleaner at first glance, the urine marks were still visible, and the smell remained almost exactly the same. For a service that claims to specialize in deep cleaning and odor removal, I expected much better results. I do not recommend them if you’re dealing with pet-related carpet issues. It felt like a basic surface clean at best.

Very courteous service. Move furniture to get access to the rugs that needed cleaning did an excellent cleaning job.
