Thanks for your previous work at your old work shop you came as a recommendation from a local. Unfortunately the last and final time I used your services it was not a good experience. Yes I have an old car but it was the arrogant treatment and totally disregard I was treated which was rude and nasty. Clearly you wanted to make money from me and use your local connections to do so. If you get work done on your car be sure you check the oil before you leave otherwise you’ll be seeing white smoke billowing from your exhaust and phone calls aren’t returned either.
