Quite nervous about my visit - dentists aren’t everyone’s favourite place to have to go to. Have to say, the staff are absolutely lovely there, so friendly & easy to talk to. Jacqueline has always been so friendly on the phone, so it was lovely to put a face to the voice. Really lovely lady. My dentist, Dr Imtiaz Mohammad had explained absolutely everything about the implants I needed, initially face to face, then with follow up emails. I booked an appointment with this clinic by mistake thinking that the lady calling me was my nhs dentist, I paid a £20 deposit to secure the appointment, a few hours later I realised that this was not my regular dentist and phoned this clinic to refund the deposit. They refused to do so. I am 65 and cannot afford to throw money away like this but they were quick to keep it in their pockets. Their lack of understanding and compassion is shameless.

I filled out an enquiry form on Saturday evening, and had a reply first thing on Monday from Reema who was able to offer me an appointment the next day. Reema was wonderful to talk to and was very accomodating to me when asked if I could have treatment for my lost filling on my front tooth on the same day as my checkup. The dentist, Imtiaz and his nurse Anna were both fabulous and such a good team.
