Dr. Snow is an absolute amazing doctor. He genuinely cares and doesn’t rush appointments.
If you like having calls ignored and voicemails not returned, this place is for you! Luckily got my referral changed to somewhere else that actually answered their phone.
I called the office 3 days in a row. At different hours. Before and after lunch and no picked up the phone. At all. But I'm sure they are getting paid although they don't answer. I don't recommend anyway. They told me they were accepting new patients. Sent my referrals from a Specialist and then I had to call several them just to make sure they got them. They never called me. The people are very nice and friendly, but I’m really disappointed that my calls and messages are ignored, which is a major concern. The last 3 days I have called numerous times to get my prescription renewed with no response! My Pharmacist says they have sent their email with no response. If I can’t communicate with the staff, then it makes me feel like my health care is really not that important to them! Communication is a problem, at least for me!
