Had a simple and easy setup for renters insurance over the phone. Michael helped me max out my coverage at the best possible rate.
Not good business practice. They caused my insurance to lapse where DMV cancelled my registration for a few months . Now they are sending me bills for an amount of a premium that was not quoted/agreed upon. I pay my premium in full because I don’t like making monthly payments, I then receive a bill at end of insurance term stating I have a balance, and that my premium was 600$ more than quoted.
