We went after a soccer game as a team and they were completely out of ribs we then left and sat for a little then went back and waited 15 min before we could order but there was no one else there they then finally took my kids order and was disrespectful they then proceeded to do who knows what in the kitchen and then said they were out of coleslaw so they gave us banana pudding which was ok we finally got our food and after 45 min of waiting we opened our bag and it was missing utensils and our barbecue sauce not good food ... read more

I placed a to go order and when I got there it wasnt any signs letting you know where to pickup and there was a line of people waiting to order. I went to the bar area and asked about a togo order and she told me to to the end of the counter. There still was no where to check on a togo order. I ginally got the attention of a worker and my order was waiting. We got home with the order and there was not one barbecue sauce in the bag. Thats a disappointment because we have all the meat and no sauce.

Usually very good! Today it wasn't good at all. The staff got several orders wrong and I watched as customer after customer returned their order to the front counter for one reason or another. The lady behind the counter (brown hair, blonde highlights, glasses) gave me the wrong number AND the wrong order. The runner who brought our food was confused, and our food sat on the bar for several minutes while they figured out their mistake. The food was lukewarm by the time it got to us. Very disappointed.
