We had our dinghy and outboard delivered here since the marina we were on didn’t have a ramp and dinghy dock. Lots of space for maneuvering.
Where the locals go! Very nice public boat ramp, with plenty of truck-and-trailer parking, with access (via the canal) to both the Banana River and the Indian River, as well as the Atlantic. Without a boat to drop into the water, this is mostly just a good place to fish. There are a few (covered) picnic tables, complete with BBQ grills, and public restrooms, but that is about it.
It was very clean , the bathrooms are excellent, fishing was fun and the little park was perfect.
Absolutely beautiful here, my husband and son had a blast fishing here, plus they got to see the boats and the bridge that moves, it is a really beautiful place to visit. Plus you are close to the cruise ships and plenty of places to eat and just have fun.
Nice to see the boats and yachts for a quick pit stop. Shallow water. A bit noisy since next to bridge and main hwy.
