Well it's always lovely to deal with a small town business. We ordered Windows when we were away on our winter vacation. They called us notified us that they were ready. We came and picked them up, paid for them and they helped us load them in the car. Thanks so much for great service and delivery. Special thank you to you Crawford for ordering the windows for us.

I went to the store today to get one piece of plywood. When I got there I was the only customer with an order so I expected to be in and out in no time. I waited 15 minutes in their yard for the staff to bring the one piece of plywood to my truck. It didn’t happen. I went inside and asked for a refund, and was given an excuse that they were short staffed. But there was three guys working in the yard, but none of them seemed very motivated. I won’t be back.
