I went to the store today to get one piece of plywood. When I got there I was the only customer with an order so I expected to be in and out in no time. I waited 15 minutes in their yard for the staff to bring the one piece of plywood to my truck. It didn’t happen. I went inside and asked for a refund, and was given an excuse that they were short staffed. But there was three guys working in the yard, but none of them seemed very motivated. I won’t be back.

Yesterday we phoned to make sure the Rodney Rona had a window well cover, size 62" x 22" before driving there. I clearly stated what the object was, the size, the material and the colour. On their website it stated they had 2 in store. When questioned, the person on the phone stated they actually had 3. She wrote up an order so it would be there when we arrived today. I went to this store at 4:30pm on Saturday and it was closed. Update your posted hours. Stop wasting people’s time.
