I’m an actual patient. Dr Kratz saw me on an emergency basis and got right to a treatment plan. He told me everything to expect. He performed a quick surgery that went ok until a few weeks in. Came back and found some hiccups that needed to be addressed, but he has a plan. I appreciate his candor, and energy, and I trust in his treatment practices. It may be a longer road ahead than expected, but I’m glad I have Dr Kratz leading me! He also is easy on the eyes.
DR.Kratz is amazing took care of my father and has so much experience. From the first phone call to the final completion of procedure you’ll get taken care of very special in the practices hands. The only the doctor I've had that didn't help or care at all.
If you’re seeking genuine care, you will not find it with Dr. Kratz. But, if you choose him as your provider, expect him to be consistently: Dismissive, condescending, rude, and arrogant. He claims not to refer patients because he is a specialist, yet advises them to see other specialists instead. In reality, he’s just boastfully unwilling to take on any additional work.
