Great doctors, terrible customer service by Swedish.
I am so very appreciative of Dr Kratz and his team. After years of being ignored and disregarded by my care team at Kaiser, I was finally listened to and finally got some answers. I’m glad to have him on my new team for the foreseeable future. Kudos to his staff as well! I had a bit of a hard time scheduling my initial appt but the procedures, follow-up calls from staff, and even nurse line were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Tried making an appointment, frustrating and confused people on the phone, and when I called back to try and get scheduled, he hung up on me.
Dr Hawkins was very thoughtful and efficient. Great experience overall
I have not had the same good expierence with the team here. In fact I cant think of a time where I have been treated worse. I have been trying to reach Dr.Kratz for days with his incredibly rude nurse? answering the phone and apparently not relaying messages for over a week now? I was calling while I was still in the hospitals to be included in my own recovery plan needless to say by my upset, I was not acknowledged.
