I cannot say enough good things about Dr Kratz!! I am soooooo glad I found him thanks to all the great reviews here. He just opened his own practice after many years at the hospital. He is an amazing surgen and truly cares about his patients. If you need help, don't wait!! Just call. You won't regret it!
From my very first visit with Dr. Kratz, I felt very comfortable speaking with him about issues that I was having. When he left to go to private practice, I “followed“ him. I’ve never done that before. I’ve always stayed within my medical insurance plan. He is so kind. He listens and having somebody you can trust is so very important. I can’t recommend him enough. Dr. Kratz was excellent. He was able to see me the very next day, was professional and attentive, and took the time to really understand my situation. He explained everything clearly and gave me a solid, structured plan to help improve my condition. I felt heard and confident moving forward. Highly recommend.
