I had a procedure today with Dr Eddi. My experience with him and his office has been great. He's very honest and thorough, he took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. As for my procedure today, the staff in the OR department was great. The front desk was a different story, there was so much miscommunication between them and the Dr's office, it made the process way more stressful than necessary. I hope things gets better, but my experience with the registration desk was not ideal.

The only reason that I gave a rating of 3 is that having had my colonoscopy a month plus ago I have not heard a peep from them with results. Samples supposedly sent to a lab.
Just had an appointment with Dr. Eddi. I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He addressed all my concerns and suggested a comprehensive treatment plan that was explained to me in detail. I highly recommend this specialist to anyone in need of help with their gastro-intestinal health issues.
