I chose this garage based on its strong reviews, and in many ways I can see why people rate it highly. The team is professional, the communication is good, and the service itself is done well. I'd recommend this garage if budget isn't a concern, but if you like to know you're getting value for money, it may be worth getting a quote elsewhere first to compare.
My transmission developed a problem, that caused me mega stress (you can imagine) I arrived at Rodney AutoCente and was immediately made to feel welcome and valued. My potential problem was discussed with me and a solution suggested. EXACTLY what I needed Dean assured me I was in safe hands and my car was in the best place to be looked after. I would highly recommend! My car was out of action and had to be towed on a Monday morning. Josh and the team were awesome! Nothing was too much trouble and they looked and repaired the same day, so I could head back up North. Life savers! Thank you so much! :-)
Great service, friendly staff, and price was as quoted. Serviced my dads Hilux and were straight up and professional. Front desk bloke was excellent and gave a detailed report. Highly recommend
Incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to book me in and get everything sorted so quickly. They are happy to discuss and explain the work being done. I was pleasantly surprised with the price also. These guys will be my go too garage from now on. They saved me a ton of hassle after almost getting ripped of by the dealership.
