I tried several times to arrange for service on an F53 Chassis. First time I spoke to the switchboard, and she took my info and promised a call back from service. No call. No email. Then I called the service department directly, left a voicemail for a callback. No call. No email. If this is the way they (don't) respond, I'm glad I didn't get an appointment. I would look elsewhere if possible.
They had a part that I needed...little slow on communication, but good experience.
Always exceptional service for my F550 diesel RV! They are straight shooters doing the work as promised.
