On 2 separate occasions I have had to wait 2-3 weeks to get a service appointment. Recently work was done which failed to fix the problem resulting in significant damage to my vehicle. I was quoted over $3000 for something that should have been part of my previous repair 2 months earlier. I took it to another garage that did the repairs for under $1000. I want to share my experience with the service department at Rodman Ford. I scheduled a service appointment for a water leak issue on 7/8/24 at 9 AM. The representative booked my drop-off appointment for Tuesday, 7/16/24 at 8:30 AM. On 7/16, I dropped off my car as scheduled, but the service reps were openly rude and seemed annoyed by the customers present that morning.
