My first time eating here. Love the presentation of the restaurant and the staffs are great. Quality of there food, tremendous One of the best steakhouse spots will definitely come back again
The atmosphere and service was very nice. Servers were coming by very often. I feel like I tried so many different meats. Unfortunately I had a large piece of plastic within the sides. It was either within my wire rice or ground beef and carrots. The servers recognized what happened. I was told that they replaced both those trays right away to protect other guests experience. I was surprised to not have been approached by management to apologize for the negative experience. I paid and left. Nothing was said.
Found plastic in food they did nothing to help didn’t compensate for anything was very bad and rude and wrong had to pay full price and had plastic in my food I could have choked and died very wrong please advise
