Friendly and affordable.
I took my cat on Wednesday, February 4th, to be neutered. They recommended that he wear a cone so he would not be able to get to the area that was neutered. I put it on him and noticed last night, Thursday, that he was able to get to the surgical area. I realized the size they gave me was for a kitten. On the invoice, it says any size. I called this morning at 8am and asked if I could get refunded the $18 for the cone. They said if I had called sooner, they would be able to refund the money. In the last month we have had to call Rodgers emergency services twice… each time they have answered immediately and given us amazing advice. One call the vet texted me the entire time we were on the way to Blue Pearl, discussed options that Blue Pearl gave us, and offered to meet me first thing in the morning so we didn’t spend thousands of dollars that we did not have. Difficult to expain; the staff was amazing, but waiting over and an hour and a half was a little excessive. (Not pulling a Karen, phone records for proof) I would highly recommend this group. Professional, personal, and very caring. Just plan your day accordingly. Maybe an appointment system...
