Run!! We prepaid and have only received one treatment! What is worse than that is we said we wanted monthly billing and they immediately took the whole years! Not once but twice! They did refund the second one. We are talking a lot of money. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. I am taking legal action if anyone would like to join me let me know!

DO NOT USE. PREPAID FOR FERTILIZATION PACKAGE AND NEVER FULFILLED AND NO RESPONSE AT ALL FROM THEM. WORST BUSINESS OWNERS EVER.

Poor service, poor communication, no accountability for mistakes, etc. After confirming both verbally and in writing we had an invisible fence that needed to be avoided during aeration, Lisa confirmed we would be notified in advance so it could be marked. Year 1, we received a call, the line was marked, lawn aerated, no problem. Year 2, we got no advance notice and while working from home, I noticed Lisa aerating and then heard the noise warning the line had been hit.
